Sales of products and services within the Megurume Go app are conducted by Store Members who have established pages on the Megurume Go app, not by Birdy Ventures G.K. (The Company). The following stipulates matters applicable to all store members. For specific details, please refer to the information on each store's page. 


  • Seller name: The seller’s name listed on each store page
  • Location: The Address listed on each store page
  • Phone Number: The phone number listed on each store page
  • Product Price: The amount listed as the tax-inclusive price on each product page
  • Additional Fees: The amount listed in the relevant section on each store page
  • Payment Method: Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay

The payment will be processed by the payment service provider after the order is confirmed.

【Regarding Use of Payment Methods】

By using the payment methods for this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

(1) You may not register cards or payment information under a name other than your own.

(2) Payments are processed by a third-party payment service provider. With your consent, your credit card and payment information will be stored by said payment service provider for future orders.

  • Timing of Product Delivery/Handover: Please select your preferred pickup time from the available time slots displayed by each store. After confirming your order, you will receive your items upon visiting the store during that time slot.
  • Return & Cancellation: Stores cannot accept returns or cancellations for orders, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
